Sorry i havent updated this for a while, my sister was in hospital and nothing to report really.
Today i have been back to the gym, after work. Had a great work out i really love it.
First things first i am 25 years old, married to a wonderful man called Hidayet (hes turkish). I live in Stourbridge, West Midlands.
I work in a Mezzanine Floor manufacturer, i do the purchasing for the works. I have been there 6 months and i really do enjoy it.
I made 3 new years resolutions:
1. Sort out my job - get a new one. - I did this, got rid of my other job and started this new one. (makes me happy)
2. Lose Weight - I suffer from PCOS - I will explain this later. Makes my weight gain, so i lost 2 stone earlier in the year, have 10 to lose. Something happened in March which meant me and hubby had to live apart, through no choice of ours. My diet suffered. He is now back and im well on track to lose the weight.
My first weigh in today and i lost 7lbs. woooohooooo. I was following WW before but this time i am doing a plan which the gym have given me. I know it is expensive to go to the Gym but i need to do it.
3. To get fit. i am going to the gym 4-5 times a week and i will be getting fit.
I have done well so far with the resolutions.
Im surviving at the moment with 1000 calories, slowly my body is getting used to it.
I hope to keep you updated on my quest in becoming thinner.
