Wait for it!!! been to the gym today and had my weekly weigh in!! i have lost 3lb!!!

I am so pleased that is 6lbs in 2 weeks since i joined the Gym, not only have the pounds come off people have noticed too. My shape is becoming more defined instead of squishy!
I have a more defined waist and boobs, my belly doesnt stick out in front of them any more.

I am going to the gym, monday, wednesday and friday. once on the weekend if i can manage it. I also use the fax machine at work upstairs when i sit down stair, i use the fax machine alot so i am up and down all day.

I have just bought some natural remedies to help with my PCOS.

Watch this space. I just love all the energy i have, i am getting used to the girls at work eating all fatty sandwiches, crisps, chocolate, cake etc. Its like a mini personal challenge when i watch them eat it. Its great!!!
