Im feeling really bad hve had a headache for about a week now, since yesterday its been so bad i can hardly concentrate. but i have managed to drag myself to work, but unfortunately not to the Gym.

I feel really guilty, but the dizziness i am experiencing would be a bit dangerous at the gym, i went to a walk at lunch time to get some fresh air, and i will do some ab crunches afterwards.

To be honest all i want to do it sleep! So that is what im going to do!!!

The eating is ok, not eating alot to be honest. So im hopeful i'll lose a little weight. watch this space
